Back for its second year, our Porthcothan Retreats.
Picture 3 days of sea views, beach walks, log fires, cosy nooks, morning and afternoon Pilates sessions including workshops, evening breath-work for deep relaxation, all in a purpose built Pilates studio with toasty underfloor heating.
The eco-house that is our home for the retreat has 5 en-suite single, twin or double guest rooms and our private chef will be preparing a deliciously healthy menu.

About your teacher: Dee is a Body Control Pilates Instructor, Back4 Good Lower Back Pain and Bone Health Specialist. Dee will adapt the sessions to the group attending and provide alternatives as needed. All sessions are optional.

Retreat Chef
The fabulous Sarah will be joining again as as our private chef for your retreat. Sarah is a Cornish Local who knows all the best local supplies and specialises in creating wholesome and nourishing menus using the best local ingredients. She loves to forage, cook outdoors and caters for holistic retreats like ours where she uses the freshest seasonal ingredients to curate menus which look and taste incredible.
She will be with us for the retreat and making delicious evening meals, light lunches, two brunches and a breakfast on the last day, with herbal teas & great coffee.
We will dine at a huge communal dining table overlooking the beach.

There is no shortage of options of things to do in your free time. You may want to find a cosy sofa by the fire or, in one of the spaces around the house, sit and take in the views, read a book or listen to music.
For something a little more active, there is the games room with pool, table tennis and a great movie space with a large screen and plenty of sofas. Or you may want to retreat to your space.
Venturing out from the house we are only a few steps to the sandy beach at Porthcothan for a morning or afternoon beach walk, at low tide the view of the rocks and sea in the background is spectacular.
The days are structured so you will have free time for beach walks and exploring during daylight hours. If you want to venture a little further by car, either during your free time or on arrival and departure days, we are just along the coast from the beautiful villages of Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay, Padstow and Rock, all of which have some of the best restaurants in Cornwall and beautiful sandy beaches.
The house has a dedicated study with several workspaces if you need to catch up on work or make work calls, then leave work in the study and head back into your space to relax and switch off again.
